Wellness weeks – Coming soon to relax both mind and body

You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf

Everyone needs time out to refresh and re-focus and what better place to do that than Picca Laa with its gardens and open spaces right by the river!

New for 2017 will be a series of wellness weeks where you can relax both mind and body.

Included will be:

  • A daily massage session to relax and relieve the stresses of daily life
  • A healthy diet option based on the fresh fish and vegetables produced locally without chemicals to re-set your body compass
  • Optional exercise programmes to tone and energise
  • Optional discussion groups to explore what causes many of the stresses we face in life and some strategies we might employ to manage this based on the time proven Buddhist principles

Not forgetting time to explore The Gambia via the local excursions to beach and bush
